Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of langmagic.com, The Endless Book (endless.langmagic.com), the LangMagic Content Portal (portal.langmagic.com), and related services ("Services"), operated by LangMagic. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. No credit card is required to create an account or read.

How the Services work

The Services produce adaptive reading material in about 30 languages. Your book starts at a very simple level and grows endlessly richer as you learn — up to C2. Translations, audio, comprehension questions, and grammar exercises are generated automatically. Output may contain inaccuracies; treat it as language practice, not as professional advice.

Premium

Some features (for example, downloadable "learn in your sleep" audio of your words) require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew on the cadence shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others' rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to extract underlying models or training data.
• Resell access to the Services or use them to build a competing service.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services.

Your content

You retain ownership of prompts you submit (e.g. suggested plots, words you want to learn). You grant us a license to use them as needed to operate and improve the Services. AI-generated reading material is provided to you for personal language-learning use.

Our intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and the LangMagic and Endless Book brands, are owned by LangMagic and protected by applicable laws.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LangMagic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
